Dr. Jake Evans

Dr. Evans grew up in Fitzgerald, Georgia, where his interest in dentistry began early through hands-on experience in both a dental office and lab setting. After earning his degree from the University of Georgia, he spent several years in practice before joining Wommack Dentistry in 2025.

He’s passionate about helping patients improve not just their smiles, but their overall quality of life—whether that’s restoring function, enhancing confidence, or simply making dental visits feel easier.

Outside the office, he enjoys time with his wife, Charli, and their two children, Brooklyn and Fields, along with traveling, hunting, fishing, golfing , and classic cars.
